Our Refund Policy


Service and Warranty


1. The warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product only and is not transferable.


2. Repairs under warranty period shall be carried out by the company authorized personnel only.

3. For units installed beyond the municipal limits of the jurisdiction of the company's Authorized Service Center, it is responsibility of the purchaser to contact the nearest authorized service center and bring the unit to the authorized service center at purchaser's cost and risk.


4. Calls registered with the centralized helpline / Authorized Service Center, wherein only cleaning of the unit / parts in the unit due to dust gathering on portions of the unit, general explanations / returning, particular software not being read / installed, are not to be construed as defects. The company does not undertake responsibility on the quality of software being used by purchaser.


5. In the event of repairs of any part/s of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. The time taken for repair and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period.


6. In case of any damage to the product / misuse detected by the authorized service center personnel, the warranty conditions are not applicable, and repairs will be done subject to availability of parts and on chargeable basis only.


7. In the event of any unforeseen circumstance, and spares not being available, the company’s prevailing depreciation rules will be binding on the purchaser to accept as a commercial solution in lieu of repairs.


8. In the event of the company offering EXTENDED WARRANTY period for any specific product / period, it is the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER to get the warranty card duly registered with the nearest Authorized Service Center of the company within 2 weeks of purchasing under such an offer, at the purchaser’s cost and risk only.


9. Repairs during warranty period shall be carried on "Carry In" basis. Wherein for service the purchaser shall bring the product to the Service Center with whom the set is registered for warranty service. The warranty does not cover cost of transportation of system from place of installation to the Service Center.


IF WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CASES


1. The product is not purchased from Micro World


2. The item purchased is not used according to instructions given in the INSTRUCTION MANUAL, as determined by the authorized service center / company personnel.


3. Defects caused by improper use, as determined by the Authorized Service Center / Company personnel.


4. Warranty shall be void if product has failed under certain conditions/types (eg: misuse etc.)


5. Modification or Alterations of any nature made in the circuitry by the purchaser or unauthorized personnel, as determined by the company personnel.


6. Site (premises where the product is kept) conditions that do not confirm to the recommended operating conditions of the machine/unit.


7. Defects due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God or while in transit to service center or to the purchaser's residence.


8. Defects caused by household pets, rats, cockroaches or any other animals or insects.


9. Under no circumstance the company is liable for loss directly or indirectly for any of the following:


a. Third party claims against customer for losses or damages.


b. Loss or damages to records, information or data.


c. Economic consequential damages including lost profits.


d. Customer is advised to take back up for hard disk contents before handing over the unit for repair. The company shall not provide hard disk backup service.


e. In case of repair, hard disk contents may be destroyed, and customer will not be informed in advance. The company shall not be liable for any data, records or program lost due to repair.


10. Warranty does not cover any third-party software, settings, content, data or links, whether included/'- Downloaded in product.


11. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (including, without limitation, wear and tear of camera lenses, batteries or displays).


12. Warranty does not cover defects or alleged defects caused by the fact that the product was used with, or connected to, a product, accessories, software and/or service not manufactured, supplied or was used otherwise than for its intended use, Defects can be caused by viruses from your or from third party is unauthorized access to services, other accounts, computer systems or networks. This unauthorized access can take place through hacking, password-mining or through a variety of means.


13. Warranty does not cover defects caused by the fact that the battery has been short-circuited or by the fact that the seals of the battery enclosure or the cells are broken or show evidence of tampering or by the fact that the battery has been used in equipment other than those for which it has been specified.



All orders will be refunded if the product is received “Faulty / damaged” or within 7 days if the product is found to be Faulty (Exceptions apply on electrical returns) in such cases the product must be returned with all correct manuals, packaging intact and all correct cables that came with the product, if any of these are found to be incorrect then the refund will not be processed. (Contact customer services).


Refunds for products purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price.


Refund settlement will take place once the returned product has been received back and a quality check has taken place, this procedure normally takes 4-5 days, then 2 business days to issue the refund.


Our Return Policy


Once sold items will be returned for a particular period. By Refund, we mean if the replacement/exchange option is not available.

5.You can Easily Cancel your order any time before processing the delivery, except the Goods which are made and prepared as per your specification or which have been a personalized or exclusively custom-made item. In this regard, just raise a cancellation request as a reply to the order receipt mail.


 


Order cancellation:


1.Paid orders can be canceled before processing shipment, the full amount will be refunded to the customer account (Normally within 1hour, all confirmed orders will be forwarded to sellers for processing the shipment).


2.Order cancel request raised after the above stipulated time (shipment processed and out for delivery), the order will be canceled and we will charge the reasonable packing/shipping charges.


3.After order confirmation, if the item has to be changed variants, it can be done within 1 hour (before the order processed) by replying to our order confirmation mail (change will be depending upon the availability).


4.For customized products, the option of cancellation is not applicable upon receipt of your advance payment.


Note: You will receive a cancellation confirmation mail from family Mart, which should be used for your future inquiries regarding the cancellation Terms & Conditions for


Replacement/Return/Exchange/Refund:


1.Replacements will depend on the availability of the item. In case the replacement item is out of stock, we will arrange an exchange/refund.


2.Items that you return should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled. All original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, accessories such as belts, locks, straps, etc. should be intact.


3.If you wish to return an electronic device, that contains any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device before returning it. Family Mart shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information. Items with locks/passwords should be returned unlocked/disabled.


4.Electronic items: We require a document from the brand/OEM’s service Centre confirming that the delivered item was defective. We will carry out a quality check to validate the complaint before processing any request for replacement/exchange/refund.


5.Clearance or Offer sale products are not eligible for returns.


6.Discount/Offer Sale Price used for product purchase will not be considered for the replace/exchange/refund processing.


7.If the product return reason is ‘Customer Not satisfied with the item


8.Replacement/Exchange/Refund will be excluding shipping and packing charges.


9.Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.


10.Gift vouchers cannot be return or refundable


11.Items sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged or returned individually.


Returns/replacements/exchange/refund will be initiated after the pick-up of the product.
